We design all our socks in our Nottinghamshire office and manufacture them with a second-generation, family-run factory in Turkey. Our factory and suppliers meet high environmental and ethical standards, holding certifications from SEDEX, Control Union (including OCS & GRS), and OEKO-TEX®.

Sustainable Cotton

All our cotton is sourced through the Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), ensuring more responsible farming practices that reduce water consumption, limit pesticide use, and improve working conditions for farmers.

When we use organic cotton, it is OCS-certified, meaning it meets strict environmental and social standards. We make specific promotional claims when organic cotton is used in our products.

Choosing responsibly sourced cotton doesn’t mean compromising on quality—our cotton remains strong, resilient, and soft against the skin.

Bamboo Viscose

Many of our school socks are made using bamboo viscose, offering both comfort and durability. Essential for kids spending their days in classrooms and playgrounds.

Why bamboo?

• Fast-growing & renewable – Bamboo is one of the fastest-growing plants in the world and regenerates naturally after harvesting.

• Lower environmental impact – Compared to cotton, bamboo requires less water to grow and does not typically need pesticides or fertilisers.

• Certified sourcing – Our bamboo viscose is sourced from FSC-certified plantations and responsibly managed suppliers.

• Soft & breathable – Bamboo fabric is lightweight, moisture-wicking, and temperature-regulating, keeping feet cool in summer and warm in winter.

All our socks are OEKO-TEX® certified, ensuring they are free from harmful chemicals and safe for everyday wear.
